Responsibility
1) Working experience in at least one of the following banking applications- Core Banking, CRM, Loan
Management, Rewards, Referral, Payments (Money Transfer, Bill payments, Debit card) etc.
2) Experience in requirements documentation from varied geographical teams and banks
3) Familiar with Agile culture and scrum ceremonies
4) Comfortable with User Story writing & engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
5) Good hands on experience in - Jira, Confluence, Visio etc Tools.

Requirements
1) 4-8 years’ experience with prior experience in banking or Fintech
2) Ability to leverage thought leadership, consulting skills, industry know-how, convincing/articulation skills
3) Capability to perform demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including prospective clients
4) Should have excellent communication skills
5) Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field of work
