• Participate in AMS projects/deployments as required.
• Receive, analyze change requests, handle incidents, and engage in discussions with relevant parties to determine solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Implement, verify, and document the configuration of processes.
• Develop functional design specifications (FS) and support the technical team in developing programs to meet functional requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration and UAT testing.
• Analyze customer business requirements and objectives for the deployment of SAP solutions and processes.
• Support Presales and perform other tasks as required by the department.
