PRIMARY DUTIES
Build strategic relationships with all account management teams, Strategy Planning and production planning plus Product operations Teams.
Partner with account management team to achieve Quarterly revenue target.
Partner with account management team to fulfill customer shipment and packing requirement
Follow up payment and shipping order for 3P customers to ensure on time delivery.
Support invoicing team on the documentation for each shipment
Follow up the packaging claim inclusive short shipment/over shipment
Work closely with the factories and Account management team to ensure that production plan are aligned with buy calendars and customer requirement.
Generate summary reports on orders, shipments, delayed etc. per requirement.
Maintain system update in a timely fashion with accuracy.
Monitor the whole process from order receiving through the shipment
Resolve daily operational issues
Other general administration tasks assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Proficient in English writing and speaking.
Excellent communication and negotiation ability at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel data manipulation ) and other computer literate; Knowledge of SAP system software and Access database would be advantageous.
3+ years’ experience in an export trading/foreign overseas buying office company background ideally involved in footwear/apparel industry.
It is envisaged that suitable candidates will have at least 5 years of working experience with a graduate degree or above.
Candidates should be able to handle time sensitive information with an attention to detail
Good personality and strong believer of teamwork.
