Job Description:

  • Identify new potential client groups to expand sales opportunities.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations during in-person client meetings.
  • Actively reach out to both potential and existing clients to introduce products or services and ensure follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date client information and closely monitor sales volume for clients with decreased order activity.
  • Update client data and discussions in the NP system.
  • Ensure all operations are compliant with standard operating procedures.
  • Assess, enhance, and report on monthly department performance to the direct manager.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the local market and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and norms.
  • Native Vietnamese speaker with experience working with local Vietnamese companies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Project management skills are a plus.
    • Sales experience in B2B client relationships.
  • Relevant Skills: Proficient in English, self-motivated, proactive, creative, and confident in presenting new ideas. Strong communication skills for collaborating across departments and managing projects.
