Job Description:
- Identify new potential client groups to expand sales opportunities.
- Create and deliver sales presentations during in-person client meetings.
- Actively reach out to both potential and existing clients to introduce products or services and ensure follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date client information and closely monitor sales volume for clients with decreased order activity.
- Update client data and discussions in the NP system.
- Ensure all operations are compliant with standard operating procedures.
- Assess, enhance, and report on monthly department performance to the direct manager.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the local market and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and norms.
- Native Vietnamese speaker with experience working with local Vietnamese companies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Sales experience in B2B client relationships.
- Relevant Skills: Proficient in English, self-motivated, proactive, creative, and confident in presenting new ideas. Strong communication skills for collaborating across departments and managing projects.
