*JOB OVERVIEW

As a Project Team leader, your main responsibility is to handle the Recruitment Project team, manage and improve the recruitment process, build up candidate pool, manage daily recruitment activities and administrative tasks at the outsourcing team, bringing the excellent service to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Sourcing manager & Operation Manager of Outsourcing & Staffing Service and O&S team members. In charge mass recruitment and other on site project at client.

​*RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment process Management

  • Manage full process of recruitment activities onsite and offsite; improve the process at any time to best efficiency and follow to corporate guidelines

  • Manage Recruitment project team to meet yearly target, successfully deliver service to client on Mass recruitment or single positions request of a recruitment service order, make sure the filling rate and lead time are met with internal & agreed KPI

  • Identify and understand clients’ needs on recruitment request, consult and give best solution to Clients to adapt with VN labor market and follow to MP Service's process outsourcing

  • In charge of building up the recruitment plans based on demands of Clients, take main responsibility in search and selection for senior level request and support the teams in dealing with difficult positions.

  • ·Assign the internal resource and deploy the mass recruitment/ RPO project at client site

  • Hands on and training to project recruitment teams with specific job order/ requirement; Having flexible plan to control the workload in team.

2. Project management

  • Manage & support project assignment from time to time at client site

  • Manage and support administration for project requirement

  • Co-operate with account management team regarding to onboarding process

  • Coordinate between resource and operation team in running the project at site

  • Work closely with sourcing team and other functional team to get the project done.

3. Database management

  • Source and attract candidates by using database, social media, websites

  • Coordinate with Clients and project teams to organize the recruitment activities to broadcast brand name of Company for attracting talents like career talk show, job fair…

  • Do the candidates and market mapping when requested

  • Ensure the continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings.

4. Others

  • Together with Sourcing manager and Operation manager, joining and design the methods, model of service delivery as clients' order/ request

  • Coordinate with Project/ Sourcing team lead & members for all recruitment & sourcing process improvement

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales team with regarding to sourcing and branding activities

  • Other tasks as assigned by Operation manager and Sourcing manager.

*REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields

  • At least five years of professional experience in Recruitment/ outsourcing human resources or related services. Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Strong on-site experience.

  • Good experience in Outsourcing Service and Mass Recruitment

  • Good understand of local labor law and regulations

  • Fluent English.
