- Organize enough manpower to adapt QC checking capacity in process
- Daily following abnormal quality solving
- Customer claim handling, issue and submit CA-PA to customer as long as following until closed
- Make weekly, monthly report and other reports as requirement
- Propose solutions for NG in process and return
- Make plan and following calibration schedule of measuring equipment
- Tracking and input abnormal quality in-process, customer claim to statistic file and monitoring
- Make plan, implement pest control in company
- QC improvement: review, revise, update QC procedure, WI, quality specification
- Issue quality specification, procedure, WI, form for new product
- Manage QA/QC’s documents following ISO 9001
- New comer’s training, refresh training for staffs
- Recruit, training for new comers
- Back-up for QA/QC Manager
- Do other jobs as requires from QA/ QC manager
- Request staff, Leader of other depts fix the quality issue as approval from QA/QC Manager
- Request information supply from other dept to implement quality control
- Request QC staff, QC asst do the quality job to assure quality and productivity in process
- Request tooling, stationery to support in job
- Be supply email add, stamp
