• Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 to 17:00

1. RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a QHSE Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures across all departments and projects within the company. Your primary objective will be to create a safe and healthy work environment while minimizing environmental impact and ensuring product quality.

• Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures in accordance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement (included warehouse)

• Collaborate with management and department heads to establish measurable QHSE objectives and targets.

• Preventing contamination of food ingredient products by identifying and controlling potential hazards in the warehouse storage and handing process.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Maintain documentation and records related to QHSE activities, including incident reports, inspection findings, and corrective actions.

• Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and other stakeholders on QHSE matters as required.

• Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification activities for new projects, processes, and facilities.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in QHSE performance through communication, training, and recognition programs.

2. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.

• English reading comprehension skill

• Proven experience working in a QHSE role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret QHSE data.

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in quality control, food safety, or a related field within the F&B industry

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry standards
