1. New Product R&D
- Develop and establish formulas, research plans, and product specifications for new products that meet company NPD standards.
- Implement formulas and production processes for mass production, coordinating with relevant departments and factories.
- Manage and issue technical documents (BOM, QTSX, TCB) and regulations for new products.
- Ensure compliance with additive usage and labeling laws.
- Work with Marketing on external sensory product tests (if applicable).
- Source and develop new raw materials for product innovation.
2. Product Formula & Process Improvement
- Monitor competitive products in the market.
- Improve formulas and processes for existing products in line with company goals.
- Identify and evaluate alternative raw materials to ensure continuous supply.
3. Export Product Documentation
- Prepare and provide technical documentation and production formulas for export projects.
4. Resolve Product-Related Issues
- Address formula, process, and troubleshooting issues as directed by management.
- Plan and assist with testing new production equipment (if applicable).
5. Others:
- Handle urgent tasks and other assignments as required by management.
- Perform tasks aligned with job objectives.
Job Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology from a local or international university.

Experience:
- At least 5 years in R&D in the Dairy/Food/Beverage industry.
- Experience with OEM (domestic or international).

Language Skills:
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), TOEIC 780+ or IELTS 6.5+.
