As a Recruitment Consultant in our IT/ Finance/ Banking team, you will be the bridge between top-tier talents and leading businesses. If you’re passionate about people, recruitment, communication, results-driven, and ready to grow in a global environment— this is where your impact begins.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with clients in IT, Finance, and Banking to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
Provide market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
Ensure a professional and engaging experience for both clients and candidates.
Achieve individual and team KPIs related to placements and revenue.
*REQUIREMENTS
1–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, Finance, or Banking.
Background in headhunting is a strong plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset.
Fluent in English
Resilient, target-driven, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, IT, Finance, or related fields.
