Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop and maintain good retailers’ relations in the assigned territory, strengthen relationship with current retailers, especially traditional account and exclusive accounts.
  • Expand sales distribution and coverages in the assigned regions successfully.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress in implementing the objectives daily / weekly and having timely solution
  • Develop new GT business strategy in conjunction with GT sales team and connect to managers to make it good current business
  • Deliver execution excellence in deploying promotion and display scheme to ensure visibility and availability of products on the field
  • Collect information of competitors’ activities in the market within the respective area and share with team for proper actions.
  • Ensure the achievement of sell-out and POS target by sales team
  • Establish sales & distribution target and make sales plans for every sales team in the region in accordance with Company sales and distribution strategy
  • Assist in planning process of the region’s sales and distribution by agent/by brand/ by channel
  • Guarantee that salesmen are provided enough selling tools and use them correctly & effectively; check Sales Supervisors’ field visiting plans and monthly expenses claims
  • Develop effective sales teams; supervise the regional personnel; coordinate Sales Supervisors’ activities; makes period personnel and target reports
  • Perform other job-related as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 03-05 years experience in Sales in Home appliances, kitchenware, electronics Corporation, 2 years experience in equivalent positions.
  • At least 2 years experience in General Trade Management
  • Strong knowledge of Electronics, home appliances, kitchen wares.
  • Prove leadership in developing and leading team
  • Strong analytical, strategic and influencing skills
