Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for both channel partners and direct customers within Northern Vietnam
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and resellers to strengthen the sales network
• Drive direct sales efforts by engaging with key industrial customers and decision-makers
• Set and achieve regional sales targets, ensuring growth and profitability
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial consumables sales management, with a proven track record in both direct and channel sales
• Experience in team management
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market data and drive strategic sales decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
