​Reports to: Director of Recruiting

Profile:

Responsible for the lifecycle of the fulfillment of new temporary contracts for candidates including permanent placement fees. This is accomplished through effective sourcing of marketable candidates, thoroughly qualifying and matching them for submission or key skill selling based on client requirements.

They are responsible for the fulfillment of qualified job orders through timely submissions, profitable negotiations and retention of quality candidates by providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing (60% of time)

 Manages the order management process from receiving to completing an Experis order.

 Identifies candidate opportunities for full-time placements and contract assignments.

 Qualifying and successfully negotiating with candidates who are looking for work opportunities in conjunction with the Business Development Manager.

 Develops pro-active recruiting strategies to maximize client opportunities in conjunction with the Manager, Experis and Business Development Manager.

 Uses appropriately sourcing tools effectively – e-cruiting, internet, community partnerships, participation at job fairs, association links and DCS.

 Manages the intake process in a timely and effective manner. This includes pre-screening, defining and understanding client/candidate requirements, effective advertising, managing the applicant flow, resume mining, resume analysis, conducting thorough face to face interviews, assessments, reference checking, security and background checks as required.

 Identify and pass potential leads through reference checking and fully utilizing the value of referrals through networking.

 Develop and retain a wealthy resource base of marketable candidates for timely fulfillment of job orders.

 Adjust focus and activity to maximize revenue generation from month to month, congruent with changing business demands.

Customer Service (30% of time)

 Deliver high quality service to clients and candidates by matching skill sets to client needs through the process of best in class candidates to support client needs

 Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.

 Develop recruiting strategies to maximize client opportunities in conjunction with the Business Development Team and the Manager, Experis.

 Continually builds high and wide relationships with customers and candidates in conjunction with the Business Development Manager and Manager, Experis.

 Providing Business Development Manager with support in servicing client needs and managing effective employee relations while they are on assignment

Financial/Administration (10% of time)

 Assume responsibility to meet or exceed specific branch targets as determined by the annual branch budget and specific position requirements.

 Negotiate profit margins within established company guidelines.

 Provide monthly tracking on activity and submit to the Branch Administrator as required

 Ensure proper contract information and all elements of the employee orientation process are complete.

Other

 All staff are responsible for following the health and safety processes as outlined in the Manpower Health and Safety policy. Performance Criteria Sourcing

 Responds to job orders with a sense of urgency, fully qualifying them for candidate placements (contractor, temp, or perm) at a minimum target of X% fill rate per month based on performance targets.

 To expand and establish a strong referral network of qualified candidates and candidate sources.

 To comprehend and manage complex job orders effectively and efficiently maximizing return on time and effort invested.

 Professionally interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications for assignments/contracts through intensive pre-screening, behavioural face to face interview process and appropriate assessments when necessary.

 To minimize fall out and replacement rate by fully securing qualified candidates that meet the client’s technical and cultural requirements.

 To maximize fill rate on open positions by fully utilizing available resources.

 Networking in various associations to support sourcing efforts

 Recruiting to find best in class resumes through key skill activities

Customer Service

 Manages requests, creatively resolves problems or complaints and provides guidance in a timely and effective manner.

 Become knowledgeable of the value and sales potential of our product/service portfolio, maximizing the opportunities to develop new business for contractor retention and/or referrals when new products and services are introduced.

 Pro-actively markets and sources new project opportunities for contractors whose contracts are coming to completion.

 Provides all pertinent and relevant information to Branch Administrator for entering information accurately while maintaining and updating the existing computer database.

 Ensures retention of employee and independent contractors are maintained by providing exceptional value and service.

 Responsible to ensure high level of employee/contractor and client satisfaction.

 Ensure ongoing assignments for employees and independent contractors

Financial/Administration

 Gross Profit generated meets or exceeds corporate goals.

 Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial information to ensure timely and accurate payment and billing.

 Measures and reviews own results in relation to performance objectives outlined.

 Providing monthly tracking as requested.

Requirements:

- Homebased & Working time: 4AM - 1PM from Monday to Friday

- 1-3 years working experience in IT recruitment field

- Fluently use French language

- Willing to work independently.
