Responsibilities:
Manage general tasks of the team, which currently has 7 employees.
Handle issues related to attendance and payroll for Korean employees.
Responsible for the welfare of foreign employees (mainly Korean): housing, children's school fees, medical fees, taxi fees, air tickets, phone bills, etc.
Assist foreign employees with new applications/renewals of visas, work permits, residence permits, etc.
In charge of the company’s charity activities, responsible for organizing both internal and external charity programs.
Provide interpretation support during meetings with government authorities and agencies.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
The number of foreign employees varies between 100-150, depending on the time.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluent in Korean communication.
Priority given to candidates with strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience working with government agencies (Immigration Department, Tax Office, etc.).
Benefits:
Salary: Negotiable – based on years of experience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Language allowance: 500,000 - 4,500,000 VND/month for each language (English/Chinese/Japanese/Korean).
Participate in Hyosung's Accumulation Account: 15,600,000 VND after 3 years.
Annual leave: 14 days/year, unused leave can be compensated at the end of the year.
