Responsibilities:
- Manage HRIS projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary contact for HRIS vendors and third-party service providers.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align HRIS with business processes and strategies.
- Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Lead the HRIS team in managing system upgrades, integrations, and new implementation.
- Coordinate with IT and users to identify improvement areas, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions.
- Design and implement policies and procedures for effective data management and security.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for HRIS end-users.
- Generate and analyze reports to inform decision-making and support HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Information technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS and database management.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes and data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficient in data privacy and employment regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Good English or Chinese
