Responsibilities:
Offer consultation to B2B clients about company products while identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.
Continuously gather market insights on current products, analyze customer trends, and identify demand for high-consumption items. Share findings with the team and company to enhance market understanding.
Maintain strong customer relationships by providing regular support and conducting client visits to track trends and drive product sales.
Oversee customer payment processes to ensure timely collections.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in all four English skills (mandatory).
Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business, preferably in industries such as heavy vehicles, machinery parts, industrial equipment, or spare parts.
Demonstrates honesty, diligence, and a willingness to learn (training on product knowledge will be provided).
