Job Purpose:
To build and manage business strategies for the development of the entertainment center as a local and international tourist destination.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to guide the business model and customer engagement strategies.
- Coordinate the design according to approved strategic business models.
- Implement and supervise the setup and operations for the entire Podium block.
- Develop business models and financial packages to raise capital for the company's investments.
- Manage revenue, operations, and business activities of the Podium block.
Key Focus Areas (Setting Objectives, Implementing Plans
- Business Model for Podium Block, Customer Profile, and Business Plan (35%): Develop a comprehensive business model for the entire Podium block based on customer profiles and business plans.
- Approved Layout, Concept, and Detailed Design (15%): Ensure layouts, concepts, and detailed designs are approved and in line with the strategic direction.
- Approved Operational Standards, High Occupancy Rate (15%): Ensure approved operational standards are in place, and achieve a high occupancy rate.
- Investment Concept, Setup Progress, Grand Opening, Capital Mobilization (20%): Oversee investment concepts, monitor setup progress, ensure successful grand opening, and complete capital mobilization activities.
- Accurate and Comprehensive Revenue Reports, Meeting Targets (15%): Prepare accurate and comprehensive revenue reports to meet the set targets.
Recruitment Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equivalent positions within businesses of similar scale and industry.
