Job Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of sales and marketing activities for high-end real estate properties. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential high-net-worth clients through tailored outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and management of a comprehensive client database to track leads and opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions, ensuring alignment with the company’s profitability goals.

Marketing and Brand Management:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored for luxury property clientele, using digital, print, and experiential marketing techniques.

- Organize high-profile events, open houses, and property showcases to attract elite clientele.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and luxury lifestyle brands.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
