Job Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of sales and marketing activities for high-end real estate properties. The role focuses on developing innovative strategies to attract high-net-worth clients, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving ambitious sales targets while enhancing the company’s brand reputation in the luxury real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Identify and engage potential high-net-worth clients through tailored outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
  3. Oversee the creation and management of a comprehensive client database to track leads and opportunities.
  4. Negotiate and close high-value transactions, ensuring alignment with the company’s profitability goals.
  5. Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with regulations.

Marketing and Brand Management:

  1. Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored for luxury property clientele, using digital, print, and experiential marketing techniques.
  2. Lead the development of promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements that highlight unique property features.
  3. Organize high-profile events, open houses, and property showcases to attract elite clientele.
  4. Establish and maintain partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and luxury lifestyle brands.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt marketing strategies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  1. Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to perform at their best.
  2. Collaborate with property development and design teams to align marketing strategies with project milestones.
  3. Work closely with external agencies for PR, advertising, and digital marketing support.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Track and analyze key sales and marketing metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
  2. Prepare regular reports on market conditions, sales performance, and marketing ROI.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in luxury real estate or related industries.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of the high-end real estate market and luxury consumer behavior.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
  7. Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
