We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Lead to lead our sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our restaurant, café, meeting room rentals, and event services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our customer base.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate partners, event organizers, and individual customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Event and Meeting Space Sales:

  • Promote and sell event and meeting space offerings, including customized party packages and design services.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials to attract customers.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with external vendors and agencies to boost brand visibility.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.
 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Lead/Manager in the same sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in event sales and coordination is highly desirable.
