MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support sales teams in offer preparation, market studies, customer service/ follow-up on basic requests, customer visit/ factory visit, site visit arrangements.
- Assist CEO in business development activities and strategy of the company in Vietnam market.
- Assist sales team in preparation of PowerPoint presentation and reports, especially for sales and strategic marketing
- Assist sales team in coordination with regional marketing in execution of marketing activities, events in Vietnam
- Execute and assume responsibility for a full range of routine and assign administrative duties.
- Maintain good working order to all business correspondence, records and administrative facilities which include mail/fax distribution, filling
- Responsible for logistics (visa application, meeting/workshop arrangement, storage and archiving…)
- To carry out miscellaneous Business Administration tasks (asset management, vendor management, commercial topics…)
- To implement any other special assignments provided by the immediate superior
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when requires

- Able to take initiative, and willing to respond to direction from team members
