Job Summary:
  • Maintain relationship with current clients and explore potential customers
  • Establish a network of dealers and distributors
  • Manage selling price, and company profit
  • Be responsible for KPI reporting, financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Build a strong sales team to accomplish the goals.
  • Motivate the team to bring out the best of them
  • Develop and manage effective internal system within the organization
  • Willing to travel throughout Vietnam as needed.
Job requirements:
  • Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Successful previous experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
