Responsibilities
  • Ensure that related sales targets will be met in terms of unit sales, volume, and revenue generation.
  • Maximize sales of all Industrial Air (AII) Products to current and new customers through a strategic sales prospecting activity with focus on market segments and/or territories. 
  • Increase market share in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of existing customers; fully cooperating and coordinating with all Compressor Technique (CT) Sales and Service team who are also operating in assigned territories.
  • Promote all AII products, giving each equal opportunity and exposure in the market, through the development of customer base as well as identifying new business opportunities and applications.
Intended results
  • Sales targets met (units sales targets, volume targets, revenue generation targets)
  • Increase in leads generation
  • Increase in market share
  • New business opportunities and product applications identified 
Experience
  • Experience: At least 2-year experience selling industrial equipment 
  • Good to excellent track record of sales achievements
  • Good understanding and experience on sales territory management and its actual implementation
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of the compressed air industry and its applications is an advantage.
  • Skills: Computer literacy in MS Office (Microsoft Office, Teams), Customer relation management (CRM) tool
Educational requirements
  • Education: University Degree in engineering or economics or business management. An engineering degree is preferable 
Personal affinity
  • Good communication skills with the ability to make technical presentations. 
  • Good in English and has good understanding of the business landscape. 
  • Good interpersonal skill plus knowledge.
  • A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision. A team player who can coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets
