Key Functions: To take full responsibility for developing and managing revenue by achieving sales targets of the Company through customer satisfaction by coordinating and monitoring all sales operations and personnel development activities.

Work Functions:
-    Sales planning
-    Analyze & evaluate operational sales, market trends & customer requirements
-    Responsible for achieving sales targets
-    Make good relations with all customers & handle key customers
-    Make regular visits to all customers
-    Responsible for detailed market information like:
o    Trend & market conditions
o    Customer requirements
o    Market requirements
o    Price & competitors
o    Business opportunities
-    Responsible for market development
-    New product identification and development
-    MIS Reports
-    Should be flexible to take up any task related to the Sales & Marketing Department if required or situation demands

Requirements:
-    Fluent in Vietnamese and English
-    Graduate, preferably with a management degree
-    Minimum Experience of 5 years in Sales & Marketing of food colors or related products
-    Knowledge of SAP preferable
-    Understanding of related products in the market.
