Key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Apply the established sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales techniques and strategies
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align on goals and objectives.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemicals or related
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience of chemicals
- Proficiency in English
