Responsibilities:
- New market development for Care & Food Industries.
- Accountable in identify sales leads and prospects of chemicals sales & distribution to the beauty & personal care, food manufacturing industries.
- Field market research in Vietnam.
- To meet the goals and KPIs set by the management, with strategic planning.
- Initiate cold-calling and prepare sales materials, and creatively plan and execute sales activities.
- Provide valuable technical service and advice to customers.
- Sales planning and able to recognize customers’ needs and requirements, and to increase the platform by expanding customers and products base.
- Analyze market situation, competition and customers buying trends.
- Ensure timely response to internal/external customers' enquiries, feedback and comments.
- Manage reports in sales, development and forecast.
- Manage collection and customer accounts.
- Stock planning with supply chain in inventory management.
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with customers and business partners.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Competencies & Skills required:
- 3-5 years’ experience in related personal care, pharma, food, life science related industry.
- Min degree holder in Chemistry or Bio-Science with good GPA.
- Proficient in ENGLISH.
- Sales and Technical experience will be advantage.
- Good sales and marketing skill required.
- Dedicated team player with self-motivation, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Ability in analyze, make decision and take appropriate actions for better results.
- Proactive in learning and contribute to organizational goal
