Team structure: 05 salesmen + 01 sales support
Coverage: MT & GT channels in the North
Job Description: To be in charge of managing Home Entertainment (TV & AV) product sales of both Modern and Traditional channels in North market:
- Formulate sales strategy for CE products within assigned region, together with the company’s direction, action plan, sales forecast, budget planning;
- Negotiate and construct appropriate trading terms and channel strategy in collaboration with Product Director and Sales Head;
- Manage and maintain a highly effective channel; support and supervise retailer/ dealers to achieve sales target;
- Manage, allocate jobs, and coach sales team members to drive performance of sell-in and push up sell-out;
- Coordinate with other Product sales teams and Sell-out team for total regional sales target achievement;
- Be responsible for given KPI and target: Sales revenue, COI, Market share, etc
Job Requirements:
- Language: Good command of both oral & written English
- Skill: Must possesses good public talk & presentation skill; negotiation; team management, strong leadership and good data analysis
- Experience: Must have proven experience in the Sales Management position at least 3-5 years, CE biz is preferred

- Good analytical skills
- Can work under high pressure and independence
