I. RESONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage key clients in HCM City and the South:  

  • Set up relationship and manage key customers in HCM City and the South’s Area in order to get project/ sales.  

  • Daily, monthly visit to key Customers (Main Contractors, M&E Contractors, Developers…) to update project situation and take necessary action (offering solution, quotation…)  

  • Have good knowledge and experience in working with Government’s office: can collect tender’s information and/or involve spec-in and budgetary progress.  

  • Analyze and evaluate the market to make suggestions as well as operating methods to improve sales performance  

2. Sales revenue growth:  

  • Providing the quotation, solution and explaining products or services to customer  

  • Discussing with customers and engineers to assess (specific technical) equipment needs, planning and modifying products to meet customer needs.  

  • Discussing with customers about the quotation, preparing the sales contract, …  

  • Helps customers to solve problems with installed equipment, Provide after sales service to customer. Developing and maintaining good relationships with potential customers, new customers and existing customers.  

  • Establish a customer database and relevant tools to manage sales activities, opportunities and pipeline. Provide marketing support as needed (Trade Shows, Seminars, ...).  

  • Follow up and report market trends and competitors' information 

  • Periodically prepare Sales forecasting, Sales report, annual Sale target and yearly market planning  

  • Meet established sales quota and revenue goals 

II. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: BA degree or above, preferably in technical, engineering, …  

  • Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in related industry and Team-Leader level or above. 
    Experience in deploying & expanding new markets and products in the field of:  

  • Public audio system, Fire alarm/evacuation system, Audio visual system, Professional sound system, Electric Low voltage (ELV) system, system integration, surveillance camera. 

  • Mechanical and electrical contractors/subcontractors, contractors constructing surveillance camera and fire alarm packages; Maintenance and repair of ELV; Building Consulting design related to ELV.  

  • Candidate who already has experience in working with Main Contractors (like Coteccons, Newteccons, Ricons, HoaBinh, …) or Key Developer (Vingroup, Hung Thinh Land, Nam Long Group, …) will be an advantage.  

  • Knowledge: Well understand industry products, good at customer relation  

  • Skills: Strong analytical skill, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong leadership and influencing skill, good problem solving and time management skills, good training and presentation skill  

  • Other requirements: Strong commitments (specially in Sales target), Structured & result-oriented, fluent in English (both communication & writing), well organized and be able to work well with other functions, strong personality & self-confident, integrity, be honest and hardworking,
