Recruitment of Sales Team:

  • Participate in the interview and recruitment process for team members under management.

Training and Development of Sales Team:

  • Proactively train the sales team on products/policies/skills under management.

  • Propose career advancement paths for potential personnel.

Participation in Sales Process and Negotiation with Clients:

  • Participate in the sales process to ensure the team meets its target revenue.

  • Proactively suggest sales methods to ensure the team achieves its sales targets.

Team Management to Ensure Completion of Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly SOPs:

  • Monitor and supervise the sales team in executing daily SOPs.

Building and Maintaining Compliance with Management and Operational Systems:

  • Lead the development of internal management systems for the department: working regulations, procedures, rules, forms, and checklists. Propose adjustments to the authorization matrix to ensure the smooth operation of internal tasks and inter-departmental coordination within the group, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and speed.

  • Develop and implement internal professional training plans for the department to enhance professional competencies, develop talent, and ensure succession.

  • Adhere to internal rules/regulations/documents of the group. Manage data/information/professional records and related internal operation documents.

  • Identify, assess, control, and mitigate risks arising in daily operations at the unit; report risks to the Risk Management, Process, and Compliance Department according to internal policies and regulations related to Risk Management.

  • Manage and take responsibility for the tools, equipment, and assets used and managed by the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree: University graduate.
  • Over 8 years of experience in business development in the hospitality, entertainment, golf, FnB sectors, etc., with multinational corporations or companies with more than 1,000 employees.
  • Among those, at least 4 years of management experience in a similar or higher position.
  • Management, leadership, and team motivation skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
