1. Job summary:
  • The Sales Manager, Vietnam will work closely with senior leadership across all regions (USA / Indo / Vietnam / China) to ensure that clearly defined strategic sales plans as well as the overall revenue goals driven out of Vietnam are successfully executed. 
  • This position will report directly to the VP of Sales, SE Asia as well as to the GM, Vietnam to develop and execute a sales and service plan that will retain both existing volumes / programs, but also help gain new programs at active as well as new target brand partner accounts. 
  • This position will be a Brand Ambassador for RENU managing relationships between all brand partner factory contacts, sub-contractors, sourcing agencies / trading companies, PCC’s, and brand liaison offices located within Vietnam to help drive volume targets as well as to ensure that all revenue opportunities are maximized.
  • This position will support the RENU Customer Service and Product Development Teams as requested, and this position will present the Global Sales Team’s brand, product, innovation, and sales initiatives within Vietnam
  • This position will analyze sales and related business metrics collected at the forecasting, financial, sales, marketing and operational levels to help validate that strategic objectives are progressing as planned, and to help direct additional actions to be taken when challenges are identified
  • Challenges will be turned into opportunities, and needs will be turned into solutions with this role. Responsibilities will also require local travel and sometimes international travel as required to execute job responsibilities.
2. Key responsibilities:
  • Schedule monthly RENU meetings to review key project status on all important brand initiatives that RENU must deliver upon within Vietnam. Include the VP SE Asia as well as all key stakeholders into these business review meetings to ensure that all key initiatives are prioritized.
  • Develop and own the agenda for these meetings, and provide the GM, Vietnam the proposed agenda in advance of all meetings and visits. Forge relationships with key factory partners, sub-contractors, brand liaison offices, and help ensure the global sales team budget opportunities are achieved
  • Provide detailed meeting recaps and quarterly business reviews per your Business Plan
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
3. What distinguishes you:

  • Experience in Sales (Shoes) with over 8 – 10 years
