- Our Client is a multinational company with nearly 50 years of development history. Their core strength lies in the ability to diversify, offering a wide range of products and solutions in chemicals, packaging, and technical textiles industries.
Responsibilities:
- Offer customer sales assistance in designated markets.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction in these markets.
- Plant and execute sales plan to meet sales targets set for assigned regions.
- Facilitate successful launches of new products or expansion into new customer bases within the designated region or country. This includes participating in exhibitions and promotional events.
- Make informed decisions regarding order bookings in assigned regions, aligning with market prices and communicating relevant information to the reporting manager. Deviations from credit terms require discussion and approval per policy guidelines.
- Provide recommendations on maintaining an optimal customer and product-market mix to achieve desired profitability.
- Advise on ordering locations to enhance profitability.
- Prioritize orders and manage delivery schedules for customers in the assigned region.
- Recommend and support the implementation of process enhancements and documentation.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; an MBA degree is desirable.
- At least 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the packaging or a related industry, with a focus on sales and marketing functions.
