Position: Sales Manager 
Industry: Building & Piping industry
Working Time: Monday - Friday
Working Location: HCMC
Interview Round: 3 rounds

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve defined Sales target for the designated region and market.
  • Create and deliver technical sales presentations to developers, consultants, architects, and contractors through training and seminars. Use presentations and seminars for acquisition of new projects.
  • Conduct a market assessment to understand market situation, trends, customers, changing requirement and needs.
  • Establish a professional network with developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors. Collaborate with the internal department to address technical matters and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Use of CRM to plan and document all project related activities. Take charge of project management, actively manage the sales funnel, and establish new pipelines to achieve annual targets and project success rates.
  • Offer support to our distribution partners and guarantee local stock availability. Organize and conduct routine alignment meetings to expand the project pipeline and secure projects within the defined discount structure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Background: Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Architect) or Economics
  • Experience in the piping industry or related to the building industry
  • Professional and fluent in English and local language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Travel within Vietnam
