RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for electronic components.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and capture a larger market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies as needed.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's industry presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the electronic components sector.
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales within the electronic components industry.
  • Solid understanding of electronic components, their applications, and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture long-term business relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
