RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for electronic components.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and capture a larger market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies as needed.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's industry presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the electronic components sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales within the electronic components industry.
- Solid understanding of electronic components, their applications, and market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
