*JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Manager for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Power Generation will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in these strategic sectors in Vietnam. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored outsourcing solutions, including technical staffing, engineering services, and project support, to meet the needs of clients in these industries.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s market share in the oil & gas, petrochemicals, and power generation sectors, targeting key clients such as PetroVietnam, EVN, and international partners.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with oil and gas operators, petrochemical refineries (e.g., Dung Quat, Nghi Son), and power generation companies (e.g., PV Power, EVN Genco).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers in target industries.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized outsourcing solutions, including technical staffing, EPC support, and operations and maintenance (O&M) services.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, such as the shift to LNG and renewable energy, and identify competitive advantages for ManpowerGroup Vietnam.

  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure long-term partnerships with clients.

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s revenue growth in the energy and industrial sectors.

  • Represent ManpowerGroup Vietnam at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to the Head of Sales.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience in the oil & gas, petrochemicals, or power generation industries, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese energy market, including key players like PetroVietnam, EVN, and international contractors (e.g., Schlumberger, Mitsubishi Power).

  • Experience in selling outsourcing services, such as technical staffing, EPC, or O&M, is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, to engage with local and international clients.

  • Familiarity with industry trends, such as LNG adoption, renewable energy transitions, and petrochemical production processes.
