Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential customers.
- Manage and nurture a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Create and deliver thought leadership content (presentations, articles, webinars) to enhance brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Continuously improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- MBA in Sales or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ERP software sales, preferably with SAP, Microsoft, or Oracle solutions.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Deep understanding of the software industry and the Vietnamese market.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Preferred
- Experience selling enterprise software to large corporations.
- Strong network in the Vietnamese business community.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver thought leadership content.
