Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential customers.
  • Manage and nurture a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Create and deliver thought leadership content (presentations, articles, webinars) to enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Continuously improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP software sales, preferably with SAP, Microsoft, or Oracle solutions.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the software industry and the Vietnamese market.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Preferred

  • Experience selling enterprise software to large corporations.
  • Strong network in the Vietnamese business community.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver thought leadership content.
