JOB PURPOSE

- To be responsible for sales and rental of rollers (both new and used)

- To be responsible for brand development, market expansion and participate in developing business strategy

- To support and give advice to the Parent Company, the Board of Directors and to the company’s Senior Management team in relation to the business activities of the Company

 

MAIN DUTIES 

 

- To manage sales team, make and develop sales plan

- To take initiative to co-ordinate Activity Plan and secure manufacturers support as appropriate

- To manage in solving all issues relating to territory (such as overdue TAR, over limit TAR, bad debt, obsolete machine/attachment, etc)

- To maintain and enhance the CRM system with particular emphasis to improved reporting and measurement of customer coverage and lost sales information, as aid to improved performance

- To seek out new sales and rental opportunities

- Monitor the causes of customer dissatisfaction to improve our sales activities

- To control machine order recommendation. To review “PSI” (Purchase-sale-inventory) and “Weekly Report” prior to submission to Sales & Marketing Director

- To monitor the allocation of stock and carry out monthly stock checks

- To provide Market Information, Market Analysis to Sales & Marketing Director weekly

- To develop, control and measure product innovation, promotional activity, price structures, route to markets and market diversification

- To implement departmental procedures to ensure efficient internal communication and effective external communication

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Education: BA degree or above, preferably in technical, engineering, economics, and business administration...

- Experience: At least 5 year-experience in dealer of compaction industry or similar industry at similar position

- Knowledge: well understand industry products, good at customer relation

- Skills: strong analytical skill, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong leadership and influencing skill, good problem solving and time management skills, good training and presentation skill, computer literacy

- Other requirements: Structured & result-oriented, fluent in English (both communication & writing), well organized and be able to work well with other functions, strong personality & self-confident, integrity, be honest and hardworking
