Job Purpose:
To develop and manage the business strategy for holiday ownership in alignment with the company's objectives and legal regulations, transforming it into a local and international tourist destination.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to align business models and customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in coordinating designs according to approved strategic business models.
- Implement and oversee the setup and operations for the entire Podium block.
- Develop business models and financial packages to raise capital for the company's investments.
- Manage revenue, operations, and business activities of the RCI block.
- Business Model for Entire RCI Block, Customer Profile, and Business Plan
- Manage and approve Layout, Concept, and Detailed Design
- Manage and approach Operational Standards, High Occupancy Rate
- Investment Concept, Setup Progress, Grand Opening, Capital Mobilization
- Comprehensive and Accurate Revenue Reports, Meeting Set Targets
Recruitment Criteria:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or Tourism Management.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in equivalent positions within businesses of similar scale and industry.
