Our client – an international and leading company in providing medical device and health care system is looking for a Sales Representative with/from 3 years of experience.

  • Working time: Monday to Friday (9AM – 5PM)

  • Working location: HCMC & 3 months travel to China Office

  • Salary: 1000$ Gross/month + Bonus & Incentive

  • Report to: Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the promotion and sales of the company's products in the Vietnamese market.

  • Identify potential customers, establish a stable customer base and channels, develop new markets, and maintain and manage existing customers to ensure market growth.

  • Promote products, achieve targets, and complete sales performance. Increase market share and brand awareness of the company's products in Vietnam.

  • Responsible for product training and quality management, including but not limited to order processing, customer communication, after-sales service, and inventory management.

  • Collect and analyze competitive products and market information in Vietnam, gather user feedback, propose corresponding market strategies, and engage in business negotiations. Visit channel terminals to ensure the actual usage of products in hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and other channel institutions.

  • Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, mechanics, biology, medicine or related field.

  • From 3 years of Sales experience in medical devices, health care service, scientific equipment or related industry.

  • Good English communication skills, including verbal and written expression.

  • Ready to train and work in the Chinese headquarters (Wuxi, Jiangsu) for 2-3 months is required.

  • High sense of responsibility, good team cooperation spirit.

  • Ability to work independently, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Hardworking, proactive, quick-thinking, able to handle work pressure, and willing to accept work arrangements that involve traveling for half of each month.
