Role Responsibilities:
-    Promote and sell bitumen and related products to contractors, distributors, and government agencies
-    Identify and develop new business opportunities in the infrastructure and road construction sectors
-    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business
-    Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers as needed
-    Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and gather feedback to support product positioning
-    Prepare and submit daily activity reports and regular sales forecasts to the management team
-    Work closely with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Role Requirements:
-    Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in bitumen, road construction materials, or related products
-    Strong knowledge of Bitumen, Emulsions, Cold Mix, Waterproofing Products, and Thermoplastic Paint
-    Existing networks within construction companies, government bodies, and project contractors are a strong advantage
-    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-    Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
-    Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
-    Based in or willing to relocate to Hanoi or Haiphong, Vietnam.
