• Be responsible for Sales objectives /Sales Plan for the assigned area by developing key Direct accounts and maintain good contacts & relationship with strategic accounts in HCMC.
• Develop & Implement Strategies and action plans in coordination with the Line Manager to meet the division objectives.
• Identify new Customer in market segment
• Work closely with Technical Service Department to provide necessary services, advises, training…for customers
• Liaise closely with Distributors for proper sales forecasting and follow up on orders to follow the Sales Plan.
• Have good Market Intelligence to follow competitor actions
• Work close with marketer in executing marketing activities in assigned area
• Vietnamese nationality with local market insights
• University graduate, Experience in HSE field is preferred
• 2-3 years of Sales
• Good English and Vietnamese communication
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Result-oriented and proactive manner
