We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join Vietnam teams. In this independent role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by engaging with C-suite executives and leading consultative solutions sales (B2B) across FDIs, large corporations, institutions, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans to drive market growth and revenue.
- Identify and secure opportunities within key sectors to enhance visibility and brand impact.
- Build and manage high-value partnerships with decision-makers at C-suite levels.
- Offer consultative solutions leveraging expertise in tax, accounting principles, and frameworks.
- Represent the organization at key industry forums, events, and meetings.
- Provide regular updates on progress, performance, and outcomes.
- Over 10 years of experience in business development & B2B Sales, preferably in professional services, financial consulting firms or similar. At least 3 years in similar roles.
- Expertise in managing strategic relationships with FDIs, large corporations, institutions, etc.
- Strong knowledge of tax, accounting principles, and frameworks for consultative selling.
- Proven success in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth with high levels.
- Strong networker and prospector at all levels with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
