- Doing business coordination such as preparing document, following up with clients, fulfilling business paperwork.
- Defining business use case, doing market research, coordinating with other departments.
- Monitor collaborators’ performances, business delivery timelines; review and crosscheck business, operation and user documents before publishing.
- Support sale & marketing to enable the cultivation and enhancement of strong and meaningful relationships with the target audience, external partners, and key media outlets.
- Grow strong relationships with clients based on mutually rewarding success;
- Execute the product launching and ensure the achievement.
- Follow up business preparation and execution with B2B and B2C partners such as Banks, Digital Ecosystem.
- Supporting marketing campaign deal by deal, client by client.
- Support in reporting preparation for clients, inhouse requirement to manager level or other level if needed
- Assist by rapid feedback to all teams, be accessible and participate proactively.
- Be visible, vocal, and objective with inhouse and internal teams and external clients;
- More than 5 years of experience in finance, banking, retails, securities, insurance and or digital industry.
- Excellent numeracy and commercial sense, experience with data analysis and reporting. Is able to handle end-to-end business development cycle.
- Proven ability to influence and convince partners, clients and cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting and following up.
