- Sales and marketing of Products for both import/export and local trade mode.
- Assess market conditions and trend, planning of business strategy and organize sales activities in order to ensure Company’s expansion and high profitability in the assigned duties.
- Develop and build key alliances with strategic customers/partners and vendors.
- Develop and execute daily business under superior’s general guidance to achieve budgeted sales turnover in the assigned accounts by managing existing customers and developing new business.
- Review tender documents and contracts, recommend the best proposal, counters if applicable and compliant document preparation together with SCAO (ref. SCAO’s information in above I.) counter-part.
- Ensure on-time payment of all in charge orders and manage customers complain if any.
- Application and adherence of HSE (Health Safety Environment) requirements and business rules.
- Prepare all necessary documents for customs procedures & ensure timely completion of custom clearance. Check all shipping documents to make sure its compliance to contract Term & Condition and Sumitomo global standard.
- Negotiate with service providers for quotations & cost reduction.
- University graduate (Graduation from University of Foreign Trade, Polytechnics, or Economics is preferable)
- Have experience in oil & gas upstream industry (oil & gas drilling), preferably having knowledge about Tubular Products (OCTG - Oil Country Tubular Goods).
- Familiar with Contract, Legal, Tender and Business Compliance Procedures.
- Have knowledge of International and Local Trading, at least 3-years of experience in International – Vietnam Business Environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication, negotiation, listening and presentation skills and maintain the highest standard of safety and ethical conduct.
- Proficient in both Vietnamese & English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC score minimum 800 or any similar English proficiency level)
- At least 3 years of experience in International – Vietnam Business Environment.
