Job Purpose 

  1. Portfolio Management: Directly manage a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients, providing them with specialized private banking products and services.
  2. Financial Solutions: Develop and implement financial solutions to enhance the value of the client portfolio and achieve business targets.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with financially successful clients.

Job Descriptions 

1. Customers: Providing Financial Solutions

  • Customer Understanding: Gather detailed information on customer demographics, financial status, assets, habits, and hobbies.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate customers’ financial health, risk appetite, and objectives to advise on investment options.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and serve high net worth customer portfolios, assessing their efficiency.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify complex needs and design tailored financial solutions.
  • Network Building: Expand relationships from existing portfolios to find potential customers.

2. Services: Providing Excellent Customer Experience

  • Transaction Management: Handle transaction requests and cooperate with relevant departments to ensure excellent service.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Continuously promote new features, benefits, and market trends to customers.
  • Service Solutions: Provide comprehensive service solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Service Quality: Propose solutions to improve service quality standards for high net worth customers.

3. System: Operational Compliance & Risk Management

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Techcombank’s procedures, regulations, and laws.
  • Risk Management: Manage credit and operational risks within the customer portfolio.
  • Coordination: Work with internal departments to execute transactions and customer requests efficiently.

4. Human Resources: Development and Organizational Culture

  • Personal Development: Implement personal development plans to improve work efficiency.
  • Training: Train and guide new employees on processes, products, and operations.
  • Cultural Contribution: Contribute to building and developing organizational culture.
  • Collaboration: Share information and embrace change, fostering a cohesive culture.

5. Efficiency Management: Plan Management & Business Results

  • Business Planning: Develop business plans and customer development strategies to achieve targets.
  • Sales Optimization: Conduct up/cross-selling of products to optimize customer benefits.

6. Other Tasks

  • Campaigns and Projects: Participate in campaigns, roadshows, seminars, and other projects to promote Private Client products and services.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
