RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and responsible for the CS&L South East Asia team in support of field service operations. Field services operations includes not limited to, logistics, revenue invoicing, site office administration, customer communication
- Support Regional field service director in field service team indices such as P&L, service engineer utilization, etc
- Act as interpreter for field service management in external meeting
- Implementing of continuous improvement plan to improve the customer service support protocol and procedures
- Ensure good communication within CS&L team. Good communication between CS&L team and key stake holders such as service engineers and cross functional teams
REQUIREMENT
- Experience in customer service (customer fronting) and support or operations
- Knowledge in oracle and SAP
- Knowledge of how Profit and Loss relates to typical service team
- Mastery of English language is a must due to need to interact with worldwide regional teams. Knowledge of another language in addition to English will be added advantages
- Candidate will need to be able to work with peers across diverse backgrounds
