Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and enhance the company's operational endeavors (Seeking candidates proficient in sales and marketing within the GT and MT channels of the Mother and Baby Care - specifically nutritional milk for children - industry).
• Offer strategic counsel to the Director, devising marketing and sales strategies to attain growth objectives in sales and market share.
• Develop, execute, and assess the efficacy of promotional initiatives, pricing structures, and discount policies across sales channels and customer segments.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns to bolster sales efforts.
• Establish and train the sales team.
• Gather and analyze data to refine monthly and quarterly business targets, providing regular updates on business operations to the Company Director.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Director.


Qualifications & Skills
 
  • Possession of a university degree or higher in business or marketing.
  • Proficient in English with experience collaborating with international brands.
  • Minimum of 3 years of expertise as a Sales Manager or Trade Marketing professional within the Mother and Baby industry.
  • Demonstrated general social acumen, effective management capabilities, and adeptness in handling various situations.
  • Ability to thrive under high-pressure situations and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Demonstrated acumen in recognizing business prospects, possessing a profound understanding of the Mother & Baby industry, specifically nutritional milk products for children.
