Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the LTO Category (Livingware, Travel, and Others).
- Plan, source, and follow up on new product development initiatives.
- Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers for specific projects.
- Communicate with domestic and international suppliers to gather information and quotations.
- Conduct product and market surveys, including price, sales, and market trends.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Negotiate purchasing terms and pricing with vendors/suppliers to meet buyer requirements.
- Ensure quality control for products and samples.
- Manage ordering and warehousing for new products.
- Set consumer pricing for products.
- Develop release plans for each retail channel.
- Prepare reports on goods and other tasks as assigned by managers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in merchandising or R&D (Product Development) roles, preferably in multinational companies.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in English (all four skills) with strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Hands-on experience in product planning, sourcing, and development.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage.
- Preferred experience in managing livingware and travel items.
- Strong skills in data analysis and online market research.
