I/ PRIMARY DUTIES
• Assist in the development of the service business development strategy for Vietnam in Chemical Construction especially in the flooring market.
• Work with developers, consultants, and architect firms to specify Company's products.
• Hand over & support sales team distributors to protect specification, to ensure the delivery of sales.

II/ REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of business development and sales experience in the construction and/or building materials industry, with a proven track record and established network.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Vietnamese.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Highly motivated person with strong drive to succeed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
