- Expertise in recruitment branding to attract top talent and promote the employer brand. 
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: 
- Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of employees, senior leadership, and external partners. 
- Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders 
  • Cultural Adaptability & Diversity:
- Understanding and managing a diverse workforce, with the ability to foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive work environment.
