Ensure business growth in the Mining sector, spare parts and service products in Vietnam
Establish / maintain relationships with existing and new customers

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Research and develop new customer relationships in Vietnam. Identify new service business leads and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Pitching products, services, spare parts and solutions to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Prepare, develop and maintain technical and commercial offers, sales records and sales reports
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and identify decision makers within the client organization and coordinate ongoing transactions
  • Process customers’ inquiries with respective tkIS organization in South East Asia 
  • Clarify technical issues with customer to arrive at a suitable offer and follow up offer status 
  • Conduct necessary plant visits to ensure proper communications and coordination

Job Requirements: 

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years’ working experience in the mining/ spare parts / service industry
    • Minimum of 5 years in the field of maintenance management in the mining / spare parts / service industry
    • Extensive Experience in Sales
  • Competencies:
    • Good decision making based on understanding of potential risks related to orders, customers, schedules etc.
    • Profound understanding of mechanical and process related equipment in the cement industry
    • Ability to solve complex challenges in the field of cement and mining.
    • Eager to learn, highly motivated, ability to work independently yet a good team player.
    • Proactive management style and capable of reviewing and managing strategies, plans, budgets, schedules etc.
    • Strong OSH track record
    • Capable of working in a matrix organization
    • Strong client focus and engagement
    • In depth knowledge of the cement Industry, service and spare part business with a strong technical background Skills
    • Familiar with IT applications like SAP, MS Office, CRM
    • Proficient in written and spoken English / Vietnamese
  • Others: Willingness to travel extensively in Vietnam
