​I. Job Responsibilities:

INDUSTRY AND BUSINESS understanding & planning: Understand target segmentation, insight, big idea and be able to link the insight into different business needs and propose execution action plans (with different activities) to answer the business needs

  • Market understanding and analysis with the strong sense of change fast, smart failure and keep changing.

  • Understand the basic information about the product such as differentiation of different product portfolios, the protection nature and core need of each product (you will be trained when joining Prudential)

  • Understand different distribution teams & needs to develop and deliver appropriate sales enablement tools to support sales and recruitment (for sales) 

  • Establish and articulate project scope, strategy, and objectives to both internal stakeholders and strategic key stakeholders.

SOCIAL MEDIA planning

  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets

  • Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content

  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content

  • Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social buzz

  • Monitor social buzz, user engagement and suggest content optimization

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social performance for both owned channels and paid channels

  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network

  • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy

  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices 

II. Job Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in similar role in agency or client side is required

  • Hands on experience using social media or online brand engagement platforms

  • Understand media metrics & all type of media report

  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them

  • Familiarity with publishing, groups/ communities on social and knowledgeable on different social channels and excellent in different social natures and trends

  • Excellent multitasking skills, open-minded, self-motivation, be able to work under stress deadlines or multi-projects with same deadline.

  • Business driven mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • BSs degree in Marketing, Multi-media or relevant filed
