​Job Overview:

As Sourcing Consultant, your main responsibility is to handle, deliver high quality service to clients by matching skills of qualified candidates to client vacancies, retaining business by providing outstanding customer service and quality to recruitment requirements and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service for both onsite and offsite projects. You will work closely with Operation Manager, Convenience Accounts, Outsourcing & Staffing Service of HCMC.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment

  • Participate and implement recruitment plans based on demands of Clients.

  • Find database of qualified candidates according to relevant job requirement.

  • Screen, interview, select qualified applicants and organize online/ offline test as needed.

  • Arrange interview with clients if any, include face to face or phone or video calls.

  • Discuss, negotiate, warm up with candidates about offers and process employment.

  • Coordinate with staffing operation team for on-boarding of new hire.

2.Sourcing

  • Research & collect market resource on specific fields and scope that required by sourcing lead to provide market range

  • Update and consult to client with necessary info and suggest to modify the requirement to fit with recruitment need

  • Develop candidate pool for sourcing at all fields and qualified candidates in advance of need

  • Attend and coordinate career fairs for recruiting

3.Others

  • Support or coordinate pre-training or pre-employment procedure as clients' request

  • Do the reference check, back ground check for new hire if any

  • Support some other admin tasks related to Sourcing assigned by Manager and Supervisors

Qualification Requirement :

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields

  • At least two years of professional experience in outsourcing human resources or related services. Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.

  • Good experience in Outsourcing Service and mass recruitment process.

  • Good understand of local labor law and regulations.

  • Fluent English.
